A - Absolutely everyone! This book can help anyone working in any field. Someone looking to start a new hobby or looking to get fit. Someone wanting to make more sales or become a better parent. I wrote it geared towards athletes because that is the world that I am most comfortable in and confident as far as terminology and people I work with. But any athlete or non athlete could find something in this book that will help them mentally.
A - I think for most people it is awareness. Becoming aware of their actions, thoughts, self-talk, what they actually do and don’t have control over, etc. Once people become aware of these things, they are more apt to want to try to change them. It’s when we aren’t aware of what we are saying or doing that it causes the most harm.
