Critical Thinking: The Key to Success in Any Industry

Critical Thinking: The Key to Success in Any Industry

Tracey Jones
In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, critical thinking has become essential for professionals across all fields. Making sound decisions, solving problems effectively, and navigating complex challenges are crucial for driving success and staying competitive.
Are You Reason-Able?

Are You Reason-Able?

Tracey Jones

To be reasonable, you must be able to reason. Our ability to reason is what makes humans humane. And when we abdicate our frontal lobe cortex’s responsibility to interact as adults with others, we devolve into our reptilian brains. And nothing good happens in the Jurassic Park parts of our perceptions.

There can be no Co-Exist until everyone respects everyone else's right to live their lives based on their core values and convictions. And canceling someone's liberty to speak and think freely and question the facts is the actual hate speech.

The Deception of Perception

Tracey Jones
Censoring divergent viewpoints is never an option in civilizations because it's uncivilized. It's juvenile, reptilian-brained, and sanctimonious. Is Your Brain HOT or COLD?

Tracey Jones

The brain is one of the busiest (second only to the liver) and the laziest organs in our entire body. Our brains tend to focus on things which make it feel good, keeping us in our comfort zone. If your brain is left unstimulated, it results in a condition known as lame brain or dull skull, both of which fall into the untremendous category.

Seeking an Organization that Turned Chaos into Opportunity

Tracey Jones
Tremendous tribe, I need your help! I am searching for an organization that has successfully navigated its way through a challenge as part of my doctoral research on the perceptions of leader effectiveness in an organizational crisis. My goal is to conduct a case study on follower motivation and engagement as the crisis unfolded, and the team emerged on the other side. At the core of the proposed research is the study of leader perceptions in the follower's mind.
