Love this! I am so, so grateful to have some phrases to use to describe my intolerance, which is borne of a desire that everyone aspire and strive to be the best they can be.
Hey there! I could have sworn I’ve been to this site before but after checking through some of the post I realized it’s
new to me. Anyways, I’m definitely glad I found it and I’ll
be bookmarking and checking back frequently!
Happy New Year to you Mark Armstrong!! Here’s to the good eggs and apples in our lives. I count you among the top of the barrel:-)
Did you hear the sound of cheering from New Hampshire?? That was me… : )
Another winner, Tracey, just great. Pass the Mayo! Loved the bit about sloth being a wicked siren. Yeah, you start answering that call, you’re a goner. And that’s such a crucial point about sloth being infectious— another way of saying one bad apple spoils the barrel, and/or the business.
Really laughed when I read: “There is not going to be any meeting of the minds. But then again, you already knew that.” Yeah, we do know that!! There’s no compromising with destructive values— not unless you want to be destroyed, of course…
Great post to close out 2012. I shall look forward to more Jones Wisdom in 2013— Happy New Year!! : )
You are most welcome Deborah! I used to take a LOT of heck for my lack of patience with lazy people, but then (as you so eloquently put it) I realized that I just want everyone to live as excellently as they possibly can! And should we all truly want that for each other? Thanks again for reading my blog and your comment. Have a tremendous New Year!!
